What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Because all items are handmade, exchanges and returns are resolved by a case by case basis. Please make sure to take note of that prior to placing an order.This shop allows exchanges, mainly if there is a defect on the product caused on my part. You may send back any items that arrive either damaged or fit incorrectly within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact me prior to sending anything back so we can discuss any issues.
Any items sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! Email or message me with any questions regarding international shipping!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because each piece/set is made to order, please allow 3-5 weeks to be made and shipped. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the pace of the postal service.

How do I was My Gemstone pieces?
All items are HANDWASH ONLY with cold water (HOT/WARM water will ruin the elastic so try to stay away from any heat.) Once washed, lay flat to air dry as long as needed.
Please be gentle with these handmade pieces while putting on,removing, and washing. Try not to tug or pull more than necessary as this will put more wear on the elastic/fabric and may ruin your pieces.
